Summer Youth Employment
The summer employment program will run from May 1st - August 31st, 2025. Youth will earn $12 per hour, with a maximum of 20 hours per week over a 10-week period. We will also provide transportation support for youth who need assistance, as well as a clothing voucher for work attire.
We will be enrolling a total of 175 youth, ages 14-18, with priority given to those who have not previously participated and those who are involved with your agency.

Each youth/parent will need to complete the interest form and PRC application and submit the required documentation to OMJ-Richland@jfs.ohio.gov This documentation includes:
- Verification of income
- A photo ID
- Birth certificates for the youth applicant and applicable household members
- Social Security numbers for all individuals residing in the household
Once eligibility is determined by Richland County Job and Family Services, both the youth and parent/guardian will be notified by Catalyst staff to begin the orientation process.
