Executive Director: Michelle Miller
Michelle Miller has spent many years working both directly and indirectly with youth ages 0-21. She is a vital resource to the continued success of Richland County Youth and Family Council. Her passion for seeing youth succeed and her experience with a variety of situations make her a great fit to lead Richland County Youth and Family Council.
As Executive Director of RCYFC, Michelle oversees the development and implementation of programs and services that support the well-being and success of children and families in the Richland Community. She has over 15 years of experience in Education, Early Intervention,TIC, working with diverse and vulnerable populations across different settings and contexts.
Michelle is passionate about creating positive and lasting impact through collaborative and evidence-based approaches!
Multi-System Youth Service Coordinator: Rico Woods
Rico Woods is our Multisystem Youth Service Coordinator. He grew up in the Richland County area and is a graduate of Mansfield Senior High. He went on to completing his Bachelor’s in criminal justice at the University of Cincinnati. Rico stated “I look forward to getting to know the families and the youth in Richland County. I’ve always wanted to work in my community and to be a positive influence on the youth”. We are very thankful to have Rico supporting our youth and providing resources to our families.
Rico will work directly with our youth 0-21 providing supports and resources to ensure each youth reaches his/her highest potential.
