The Richland County Youth and Family Council is seeking only proposals to address the needs of at-risk youth. Those youth are between the ages of 12 and 18 years old and are at high risk of being removed from their homes to either foster care, residential treatment, or detention. The service requested is therapeutic mentoring for those high risk youth who are referred by the Council or one of its funding agencies.
