Infant Mortality Work Group Meeting

An Infant Mortality work group meeting is being held at Cornerstone OB/GYN, 770 Balgreen, Mansfield, OH on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The group will be developing plans to identify Best Practices, develop a set of guideline for working with families, and prioritize strategies for reducing the infant mortality rate within Richland County, Ohio.
